And the two of them say a lot of nonsense and totally ignore the reaction Veldora gives to Chloe (3 times!), and the spirit that inhabits her in the main series. Despite all that, there are some serious moments and new information that make it worth seeing, especially if you are a fan. Ifrit explains his attitude with Shizu and how he saw Leon, they talk about Shizu's death, a little about how Veldora sees Rimuru, and the relationship between Veldora and Ifrit. These are all topics that people do ask about sometimes in comment sections. There is also a Veldora's Journal 2 after Season 2, Part 1, that I believe is better and more important than this one, although it, too, is a recap, that has more new scenes and more information and more insight into Rimuru's character. I believe it's episode 36.5. Of course if you consider it a waste of time, that's your decision.
