Depending on how much you care about characterization, you do learn more about what their opinions of the situation Rimuru and Tempest are in, and what they think about Rimuru. I think this is more interesting than in 24.5. That's my opinion. But there is a new scene at the end where Raphael is conversing with Veldora near the end of the episode-- a lot of people never see it, it's just one scene, and it's up to you how interested you are.
