Stargate: SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis and Stargate: Universe. All-in-all probably 300+ episodes (each 45min). If you're looking for another long running show any time soon haha.

If you’re searching for a longer show, I think you should have watched enough anime to understand a fair bit of the stuff the Monogatari series is playing on, so that could be an interesting show. Be warned though, Monogatari is pretty heavy on the dialogue. Mob psycho is also a great pick, it’s a great comedy anime and probably one of the best adaptations I will ever see.
