So no... in general ANBU Black are the stelth unit under the Hokage(including Yamato). Danzo is in charge of The Foundation, which is a separate faction of ANBU, in a way. You'll find out more on that during future scenes and flashbacks. But they don't really interact, so nope, yamato wouldn't know SAI, but he would be familiar with some ideas and practices of The Foundation
