Great reaction to one of the most fun episodes of this season. I'd like to clarify something that's been popping up a few times. In this show, all angels, including Lucifer have their own body. They of course have supernatural abilities that vary from one angel to the other but for all, their "true" appearance is the one that looks human with wings. The wings are what allows them to travel between planes of existence (Hell, Earth. Heaven). On the other hand, God and the Goddess don't have a physical form, so they need to "borrow" one from a human when on Earth. The human body cannot contain the full breadth of divine powers so those need to be toned down. Charlotte/Mum's smirk at the end of last episode after she sent that guy flying into a wall was just her realizing that she can have supernatural strength in that human body. She's not on a murder spree. 1-nothing indicates that the guy was dead (and it's not important for the story whether he was or not) and 2- the case of the week always had different a different culprit every week in season 1 and this pattern holds for all seasons. Mum's arc is crucial to season 2, yes. She's far from being all sunshine & rainbows and she's complex to figure out, but, one thing she is not is the suspect of the murder every episode. Last small detail about Charlotte, we did see her husband in episode 2. He was the guy with the slice of salami stuck to his shirt and with the walking closet full of clothes Lucifer was throwing on the floor before finding cocaine in his wedding suit bag. Enough rambling from me for now .... on to the next episode 😈
