Mom hasn't been killing a bunch of people. She fought off that one guy who was attacking her and learned in the process how strong she was, that's all. As to trying to work out what and why things are happening, that is part of the fun of this series so enjoy the process, but always remember that the scriptwriters are masters in deflection, twists and surprises., leading us up deliberate blind alleys and confusing us... all is often not what it seems! Remember, we also only see the 'truths' through the characters eyes and their words also may lead us astray. However, surprises, shocks and revelations will come along the way throughout the seasons but the scriptwriters again like the slow burn and tease and tantalise and make us wait but the journey is so worth it -just enjoy the ride. BTW how did Chloe manage to diffuse the situation with Kimo... well, Chloe is great at her job and a badass!
