So I know this is a little late to the party, but Kim's back story is that he had done a dungeon raid before this one where some party members died by their own faults. He tried to get others out but because they were low rank they were killed quickly and after making it out with barely anyone left he was given the blame for their deaths which caused him mass stress and made him resent lower ranks for that reason i.e leaving them to die without the blame. It's still shitty of him to do that since he is the leader but the previous people who died because they didn't listen to him and the ones he tried to save were too weak to defend themselves also died which all messed him up seeing them die but also the fact their familes/news outlets ran smear articles about that which hurt his chances at joining the top white tiger guild making him work for it all again. Just a bit of background lore on his character and why he's a pos.
