Ch. 127 Perfect Disguise Transformation

Despite the cold weather in Norway, Russell quickly adapted.

Although he was dressed a bit lightly now, he possessed superhuman physiology far beyond that of an ordinary person.

While the temperature here was lower, it still wasn't significantly affecting him.

Not to mention that this was just near the Arctic Circle; even if he were thrown into the North or South Pole, it wouldn't have a substantial impact on him.

After disembarking the plane, they boarded the prepared vehicles for the operation.

Just like on the plane, Russell, Bakshi, and Bucky sat together in one vehicle, while the other Hydra soldiers were in separate ones.

As for No. 3, it took off and flew high in the sky, following the convoy.

Comprising more than ten cars, the convoy didn't head towards the city; instead, it raced towards the distant mountains.

Russell sat in the back of the car, silently looking at the snowy landscape outside the window.

The white expanse of snow-covered land appeared incredibly pure.

The distant mountains resembled prehistoric beasts in hibernation, evoking a sense of human insignificance.

The closer they got to the snow-covered mountains, the stronger this feeling became.

Initially, the convoy drove on normal roads.

However, it didn't take long for the convoy to leave the paved road and speed over the snow-covered terrain.

After more than an hour of high-speed driving, the convoy finally came to a halt.

As soon as the cars stopped, Bakshi, who exuded an aura that warned people to stay away, pushed open the car door and walked out.

Subsequently, Russell and Bakshi also got out of the car.

Without the need for any instructions, as soon as the convoy came to a stop, Bakshi and the other Hydra soldiers began to prepare their weapons.

Even Bakshi, who was dressed in an expensive handmade tailored suit, started donning the black Zaku battle armor.

Up until now, Russell realized that, for this mission, Bakshi had brought five sets of Zaku battle armor.

As Bakshi and the other four Hydra soldiers quickly suited up in the improved version of the Zaku battle armor, Russell curiously observed the suits they were wearing.

Although the suits Bakshi and the others were wearing were the Zaku battle armor he had sold to Hydra, it was clear that Hydra wasn't entirely satisfied with the slightly toned-down performance of the suits.

Thus, they had conducted some Hydra-style modifications.

The Zaku battle armor that Bakshi and the others were currently wearing was only about fifty percent similar to the one Russell had sold them.

If not for a few characteristic features on the Zaku battle armor that remained unchanged, Russell would have suspected that Hydra had taken the Zaku battle armor as a prototype and developed their own high-tech armor.

As Bakshi, Bucky, and the others finished their preparations, Russell began his own preparations.

He didn't summon Endosymbiotic Battle Armor No. 1, which was flying in the sky thousands of meters above, nor did he transform into the appearance of  Serum.

Whether it was Endosymbiotic Battle Armor No. 1 or the Serum form, they would both be instantly recognized by S.H.I.E.L.D.

Though he wasn't afraid of S.H.I.E.L.D., he was still carrying the reputation of a superhero.

After taking a deep breath of Norway's icy cold air, he activated his serum symbiote's abilities.

Just like before, the white symbiote completely covered him in the blink of an eye.

However, this transformation was different from becoming Serum form.

After the white symbiote had completely covered him, it didn't transform into the appearance of Serum form; it continued to shift and reshape.

The transformation was brief.

When the symbiote's transformation came to an end, Russell had completely changed his appearance.

Captain America!

Steve Rogers!

Through the serum symbiote's ability, Russell directly transformed into the appearance of Captain America, Steve Rogers.

It wasn't just a change in looks; the clothes he was wearing, the helmet on his head, and even the iconic vibranium shield of Captain America were all exactly like Steve Rogers'.

Seeing Russell become Captain America, Bakshi, wearing the modified Hydra Zaku battle armor, revealed a solemn expression.

He knew that Russell definitely possessed other extraordinary abilities unknown to the public, but he didn't expect Russell's hidden ability to be this clever transformation power.

Bakshi wouldn't have guessed that what he found baffling was actually just one application of the serum symbiote's abilities.

Over the past three months, while Russell appeared to be working on no new inventions, he had been continuously developing the serum symbiote.

For a symbiote capable of shape-shifting at will, transforming into the appearance of another person presented no challenge at all.

If needed, the symbiote could even transform a man into a woman, complete with female physiological characteristics and structures.

Russell wasn't into cross-dressing and had no desire to become a woman.

However, this didn't prevent him from slightly expanding the symbiote's camouflage abilities.

In the comics, Venom possessed an extremely powerful camouflage ability.

Venom could easily hide in the darkness, becoming invisible to others. When necessary, Venom could even achieve complete invisibility.

Furthermore, Venom could alter its appearance and physique to seamlessly infiltrate enemy ranks.

Even more remarkably, Venom's camouflage extended beyond just changing its appearance and physique—it could alter its vocal cords, fingerprints, irises, and more.

Over the past three months, Russell had been constantly developing and enhancing the serum symbiote's abilities.

Shape-shifting camouflage was just one of his numerous achievements.

Aside from this perfect disguise transformation, he had also developed several highly useful new techniques.

The uniform he wore, the helmet he sported, and even the shield he held were all formed using the serum symbiote.

"Don't waste time; let's get the mission started!" Russell said to Bakshi within the modified Zaku battle armor.

"Alright!"

Upon hearing Russell's words, Bakshi quickly replied.

After assembling all of the Hydra soldiers, Bakshi briefly outlined the mission.

In fact, everyone present, except for Bakshi, was experienced in combat.

Both in terms of combat experience and tactical knowledge, they surpassed Bakshi by far.

In a regular team, Bakshi would never be the one in command.

With Bakshi's instructions, the group of thirty-plus individuals split into seven small teams, each taking a different route to the covert S.H.I.E.L.D. secret base hidden in the forest.

Russell and Bakshi were on the same team.

As for Bucky, he led another team.

The remaining five teams, except for the one providing long-range support, were all equipped with Zaku battle armor.
