Demi Lovato & the quarantine training program
When Demi Lovato was contacting by a company promising a free workout plan in return for a review, she was excited. Like most Americans, she had been putting on some quarantine weight, so she was excited to try a plan to stay in shape. And she also got to share it with her fans. She received the Fitness Model package. It came with some exercise clothes, weights, other equipment, and meal kits for 6 months. She immediately began and saw major improvement. In just three days, she had lost the 30lbs she gained through her quarantine. Then, she started packing on some major muscle. After just a month, these were her results. She had a thinner waist, a plump, muscular booty, and big bulging biceps. She had the body of a top tier fitness model, and in just 4 short weeks.
