BTS - Next Character 6

I have mostly gotten her face down.

In the reference image though her skin looks kinda like cracked paint or drywall. Should I go down that route or go for a more regular skin?

Also I'm not sure what to color to paint her sensitive bits. She seems to have an absence of blood so regular human referencing doesn't work.

Let me know what you guys think for both skin texture and sensitive bits coloring.

The nose part may be from perspective. I do need to change the chin now that you mention it. The cheeks are something that I'd have to edit after I get the rig made. Since she smiles in the reference, I'd have to mimic it with a proper face rig before I could do proper comparisons. Thanks for the insight!

I have the subsurface layer painted with a lot of veins but it seemingly only shows up in certain lighting conditions. For now its a problem of a lack of knowledge on subsurface scattering than a technical one. I still have a lot of testing left to figure it out though. Also I think the latest update with her jewelry shows a bit of veiny-ness.

As for the model, again, what do I know, but the cheekbones appear to be higher and more outside compared to the reference, and the reference looks to have a flatter-on-the-bottom chin, whereas the model's is rounder/more spherical. I think the model's nose is wider and more upward compared to the narrow and slightly-down-pointing reference. However, I'm looking at a 2D pic of a 3D model, so perspective may be off. Or my eyes. Probably my eyes. Cheers.

I've always been fond of pale nips, verging on white rather than red/pink/brown. I have learned, thanks to the Internet, that these are referred to as "ghost nipples" -- and, of course, there's a Reddit thread. Unfortunately, while they spring to mind, the appeal is in the contrast of colours, and a vamp (or whatever, I don't know the character and can't be arsed to look ATM) is already pale. As such, I think I'd take a note from the old "blue bloods", those nobles who stayed out of the sun and covered up so much that their skin was light enough that the blue of their veins shone through. Conveniently, her eyes appear to be a pale blue-grey, and rather than copying the colour of her lips -- which she chose to make vivid, thanks to lipstick -- I'd echo the colour of her eyes, with a bit of grey, a bit of blue, and a bare hint of red. But I'm more a writer than a graphic artist, so what do I know? ;-)

Thank you! I use Blender for the modeling aspect and Substance Painter for texturing.

Are you doing this in blender or some other software? It is looking good so far.
