I did a lot of sculpting, it was based off a picture drawn by cutesexyrobutts on Deviantart.

I tried recreating it awhile back during the Widowmaker shower set. It wasn't as well done as it is now. Also, on her left cheek she as a mark, it's a texturing error carried over from an older process of texturing my models. I'll have to redo this pose again, in the future after I update her model from the ground up.
Still, didn't I say she was bringing the whole bakery?
