Hi all!
First of: Reminder for the big reactions we're doing: SBS, MBC, SMTown, Squid Game 2 (among others of course).
I am back in Vancouver but will resume filming when I get to Winnipeg this weekend. I am leaving my Vancouver condo so I'm just getting things packed as much as I can before flying out.
Before I get to the poll, I do wanna acknowledge and apologize for RTK 2's finale reaction. I will get to the performances and winner announcement as one of the first to react to this weekend.
OK for the next survival show, below are the ones that have been suggested in which I'm curious about as well. With that said, I need a certain amount of votes for me to do them as it takes a lot of effort and time to film these reactions and would not like what happened to RTK 2 to happen here as well. I guess the good thing is that I'm already behind on these and a lot of you already know if you like the show or not.
This will most likely happen in the new year as there's still several award shows to do this month.

Iโve been a yearly subscriber for about 2 or 3 years now! I donโt catch everything you post, but I always look forward to your takes on the stuff I enjoy โ even if that means skipping the girl idol groups (no shade, just not my vibe, haha). Your reactions to the male idol groups I love are always on point, and itโs like watching a show with a buddy! When it comes to K-Dramas, Iโm the same way. I only watched one episode because Iโve been saving the rest to experience it alongside you. 2024-12-18 04:54:23 +0000 UTCi hope you will still consider watching Stage Fighter despite the low votes๐ฅน out of all the shows i feel like you'd have the most input and personal interest in it and I'd love to hear your views on the episodes and stages, theyre all really beautifully crafted & it further opens more doors to the dance scene in korea not just limiting to street/hiphop, kpop, open choreographers! a ballerina on the show, Kang Kyung Ho also had a collab stage with Wonyoung (IVE) where they showcased a beautiful ballet performance together for the Melon Music Awards! like alot of the other comments, i also agree that you'd definitely enjoy the show๐ฅน๐๐ป

I havenโt seen Stage Fighter but itโd be interesting to watch it with you! As for the other three survival shows, Iโd probably lean more towards Starlight Boys or UL, but I think that a lot of people have idols/trainees theyโre attached to in various shows so any of them would be fun! (although at the current moment theyโre all stressing me out ๐)

But the show was stressing me out ๐ still good to watch tho.

Iโve been wanting to watch Stage Fighter with you, but it seems to have low interest in the poll, so Iโll keep hoping for it someday. I just finished KATSEYE on Netflix today after binge-watching it. If not Stage Fighter, my first choice would be Project 7, which is very entertaining. Second would be Universe League for its unique concept, and lastly, Starlight Boys. Thanks for asking our opinion.๐ - Let me make a correction I didn't watch the Dream Academy survival show, I watched the documentary which was more than enough for me.

Iโd recommend watching in the order of release as in the documentary they donโt cover much of the missions I believe which is kinda weird but anywho๐ญ

2024-12-17 02:40:39 +0000 UTCi voted for dream academy because i've been meaning to watch it (but was too lazy to start lol) i follow the katseye girls' online updates too often to not watch it :') as for other survival shows, i'm currently following project 7 the closest because my pick is in it, but the voting results in this show is the worst out of all shows i've watched. starlight boys got huge potential, but the iqiyi mess is not it. i'm not far enough into the show for universe league to compare to the other 2, but it's been interesting, and stages were great. additionally, you might be interested in boys planet II in late 2025/early 2026. medias reported that a lot of the trainees from these shows would probably show up at bp2...

Starlight Boys has some really talented trainees on there, sadly the show format and trainee treatment is extremely questionable. Project 7 currently has a reputation of people just voting for visuals which is partially true but I think this happens every survival show, so I hope it doesn't change your opinion/bias on the show. Universe League is currently new, so we still don't know the route it's going to go.. if its going to end up like Project 7 where ppl vote mostly for visuals etc or not. P.S, if you do end up watching Project 7 and are planning to also react to GDA 2025. Project 7 debut lineup is performing there, so you might get spoiled.
