上記『AI生成作品に対する、FANBOXにおける今後の対応』という記事の通り

FANBOX上で

「次の規約変更のタイミングで、AI生成作品の取り扱いを当面のあいだ禁止となる」

決定が運営より報じられました。

どりらはAIを使用した活動をしていたため、この規約の変更によりFANBOXでの活動ができなくなります。

今後の活動や本FANBOXの今後の流れについてまとめましたので、支援者の皆様や、支援を考えてくださっている方は必ずご一読ください。

【FANBOXについて】

1：本FANBOXは、次回のFANBOXガイドライン変更日前日までは、今まで通りの変わらない活動を継続します。没絵などの投稿ペースも変更ありません（ガイドライン変更日は現在まだアナウンスされていません）

２：ガイドライン変更日前日の夜に全イラスト記事投稿を削除いたします。（時間はまたアナウンスいたします）

３：上記２と同時に支援プランをすべて廃止いたします。FANBOXのページ自体は残ります。（この瞬間に支援者の皆様は投稿をすべて見ることができなくなります）

４：上記の通りとなりますので、ご支援者様でイラストを残しておきたい方はそれまでに各自でダウンロードのほどをお願いします（まとめ記事などは公開する予定はありません）。ご支援をお考えの方はこちらを承知いただきご支援いただけますとありがたいです。

５：（ないと思いますが）もし規約改定が月途中になった場合、それ以降の活動予定分の補填は行いません。

【Pixivについて】

１：PixivのアカウントについてはPixivの規約に則った形で残します。

２：Pixivの規約変更前日夜にR-18イラストは全て非公開にいたします。

３：一般向けのイラスト投稿は頻度を落として継続いたします。R-18の投稿は未定ですが積極的にはやらないと思います。

４：何かどりらが情報発信を行うときはPixivのイラストもしくはプロフィール欄にて

【Pixivリクエストについて】※追記変更あり

１：PixivおよびPixivリクエストの利用規約に則り、５月２８日までリクエストを受付ます。２９日以降は規約変更に則りリクエスト募集を終了します。

２：２８日までに請けたイラストにつきましては規約変更日以降も納品できるそうなのですべて２８日までは対応できそうなご依頼はお請けします。

11日現在お請けしているリクエストは必ず納品いたします。

３：リクエストは今までも、「非公開で受付」「限定URLで依頼者のみに公開」しております。これは今後も変更ありません。

４：FANBOX規約変更日以降に制作した依頼イラストは完全にご本人様のみのお渡しとなります。Pixivに一般公開はございません。

【移転について】

１：（移転後すぐにまた規制になったりすると申し訳ないので）現在、別支援サービス、SNSへのすぐの移転については考えておりません。FANBOX規約変更以降、今あがっているR-18イラストがどりらの意志でどこかで再掲されることは基本ありません。

２：各サービスの動向を注視して、何か活動をする場合はFANBOX記事かPixivのイラストやプロフィール欄などでお知らせします。Twitterはやりません。

３：仮に活動を再開することがあっても、同ジャンル・同ペースの活動となるかはわかりません。

ガイドライン改定日までは楽しく変わらず活動をしていきますので引き続きよろしくお願いいたします。

We have summarized the future activities and flow of this FANBOX, so please be sure to read it if you are a supporter or considering supporting us.

[About FANBOX]

1: Until the day before the next FAMBOX guideline change date, this FANBOX will continue its activities as usual without any changes. The posting pace, such as unfinished illustrations, will also not change (the guideline change date has not been announced yet).

2: We will delete all illustration articles posted on the night before the guideline change date. (The time will be announced later.)

3: At the same time as the above-mentioned 2, we will abolish all support plans. The FANBOX page itself will remain. (Supporters will no longer be able to see all posts at this time.)

4: As mentioned above, if you want to keep your illustrations, please download them individually before that time (there are no plans to publish summary articles). If you are considering supporting us, we would appreciate your understanding of these changes.

5: (It is unlikely, but) if the terms and conditions are revised in the middle of the month, we will not provide compensation for any activities planned after the change.

[About Pixiv]

1: We will keep the Pixiv account in accordance with Pixiv's terms and conditions.

2: On the night before the Pixiv terms and conditions change, all R-18 illustrations will be made private.

3: We will continue to post general illustrations at a reduced frequency. We are undecided about posting R-18 illustrations, but we don't plan to do it actively.

4: When providing information, we will use Pixiv illustrations or the profile section.

[About Pixiv Requests] Updated information included

1: In accordance with the terms of use for Pixiv and Pixiv Requests, we will be accepting requests until May 28th. Following that, we will no longer be accepting requests in accordance with the revised terms.

2: For all requests that we receive by May 28th, we will make every effort to complete and deliver the illustrations even after the revision date, according to the information that we have received. Requests that we have accepted as of May 11th will be delivered without fail.

3: Requests have been accepted in the past as "private" or "limited URL only accessible to the requester," and this will not change in the future.

4: Illustrations requested after the FANBOX terms and conditions revision date will be delivered exclusively to the requester. They will not be made publicly available on Pixiv.

[About Relocation]

1: We are currently not considering immediately relocating to other support services or SNS. After the FANBOX guideline change, there will be little chance that R-18 illustrations posted here will be reposted elsewhere.

2: We will keep an eye on each service's movements and will inform you via FANBOX articles, Pixiv illustrations, or the profile section if we plan to take any action. We will not use Twitter.

3: Even if we resume our activities, we do not know if they will be in the same genre or at the same pace.

我已经总结了未来的活动以及本FANBOX的未来走向，请务必阅读一下，感谢所有支持者以及考虑支持的人。

【关于FANBOX】

1：在下次FAMBOX指南变更日之前，本FANBOX将继续进行以往的活动，包括投稿没完成的画作等（指南变更日期目前尚未公布）。

2：在指南变更日前一晚，我们将删除所有的插画文章投稿（具体时间会另行公布）。

5：如果规定更改在月中进行，我们将不会进行补偿活动。

【关于Pixiv】

1：Pixiv账户将保留，符合Pixiv规定的形式。

2：在Pixiv规定变更前一晚，所有的R-18插画都将不再公开。

3：我们将继续以低频率进行一般向的插画投稿。R-18投稿尚未确定，但我们可能不会积极进行。

4：当我们需要发布信息时，我们会在Pixiv插画或个人资料中发布。

【关于Pixiv请求】包含更新信息

1：根据Pixiv和Pixiv请求的使用条款，我们将接受请求直到5月28日。之后，根据修订条款，我们将不再接受请求。

2：对于我们在5月28日之前接到的所有请求，我们将尽一切努力在修订日期后完成并交付插图，根据我们收到的信息。截至5月11日我们接受的请求一定会交付。

3：以前已经接受了“私人”或“仅限请求者访问的有限URL”的请求，这种情况在未来不会改变。

4：在FANBOX条款和条件修订日期之后请求的插图将仅交付给请求者。它们不会在Pixiv上公开。

【关于转移】

1：我们目前没有考虑将我们的活动迁移到其他支持服务或社交网络上。在FANBOX规定变更后，我们目前投稿的R-18插画基本上不会在其他地方重新发布。

2：我们将密切关注各种服务的动态，如果有什么活动，我们将在FANBOX文章、Pixiv插画或个人资料等方面通知您。我们不会使用Twitter。

3：即使我们决定重新开始活动，我们也不确定是否会继续以相同的类型和频率进行活动。
