雑談記事になります。終了に関してや今後についての正確なインフォメーションは、規約変更の日付がはっきりしたタイミングでまた別記事にして改めて出します。

今回は現在どりらが思っていることをお話したいと思います。

■Pixivリクエストについて

リクエストの最終期日ですが、どりらの発言で２８日と２９日で揺れてる部分がありましたが、規約変更の詳細的に【２８日】が受付最終日になります。２９日になると自動的にAIイラストのリクエストプランが閉鎖されるそうです

■現状と6月について

24日現在、FanBoxの規約変更日は公表されておりません。

5月末日が一番可能性が高いのですが、仮に規約変更日が6月となった場合、

このFanBoxは6月も活動をします。以前にお伝えしたとおり、『規約変更日前日』が活動ラストになります。

■今後の活動について思ってること

FanBoxでの当面Aiart投稿禁止の話が出た時、「活動を終了しよう」と考えておりました。他の人のように別プラットフォームへの移行は考えてませんでした。

ただ、何人かの支援者さんより継続を希望するメッセージをいただいたり、駆け込み需要だと思いますが、５月に入ってからより多くの支援してくれる皆さんが集まってくれたことで現在は「継続の可能性を考えてもいいかも？」というくらいの心境にはなっています。もう少しゆっくり考えたり他のクリエイターの動向を見て考えたいと思います。

他のAIartで活動されているクリエイターの多くはPatreonへの移行、R-18の人はそこから自分で立てた専用DiscordサーバーやMegaへ誘導することで日本的なアニメ絵のチャイルドポルノ的な規制を回避する方法を取るのが多いようです。

Patreonは米国企業サービスなので規約が米国準拠、支払いがドルと敷居が高いという人も多くいると思います。個人的には海外企業、海外サーバーであることでのメリットもあると考えていますが、もし自分がPatreonで活動するとするならその前にまずユーザーとして実際にクリエイターに支援をしてみて判断したいと思います、自分がわからない仕様に対して支援者様にご負担いただくわけにはいかないという考えでいます。

個人的な希望としては国内海外サービスは問わない前提で「イラストSNS」機能と「ファンコミュニティ」機能が両方あるプラットフォームで活動出来たら理想だなと思っております。最初にPatreonで活動して後に支援プラットフォームを増やすという手段もあります。より多くの支援者様を集うなら、複数プラットフォームは有効です。多くのクリエイターは以前から複数のプラットフォームを使っているのも承知しています。ですが、Aiartというセンシティヴな分野でガイドラインが違う複数プラットフォームで均一のクオリティでのサービス提供は難しい（FanBoxとFantiaの２社間ですら難かったと思われる）と自分は考えております。多くの人に見てもらうことが目的ではありますが、プラットフォームはどこか１つが望ましいです。今後まだ国内でもAi系での支援サービスの準備が発表されているところがあるのでそこの仕様発表を待ちたい心境です。(このサービスは気になってます：https://twitter.com/AIFAN_ai )

支援者様が離れないよう配慮するのであれば、FanBox継続中に次のプラットフォームに移行していただくのがベストなのでしょうが、自分は１度まずはFanBoxでの活動を全うすることを第一に活動したいと思います。これだけ可能性述べても結局活動しない可能性も十分あります。少なくとも活動が一度途切れることは確実です。

最新のAIイラスト技術やAI学習方法、絵柄の試行錯誤にも時間はとりたいので焦らずFanBox閉鎖以後は活動するにせよしないにせよ、ゼロから色々はじめたいというのが変わらず今の心境です。

■ Current Status and June

As of the 24th, the date for the revision of FanBox's terms and conditions has not been announced. The end of May is the most likely date, but if the revision date is set for June, FanBox will continue its activities in June as well. As I mentioned before, the day before the revision date will be the last day of activity.

■ Thoughts on Future Activities

When the discussion of temporarily banning Aiart posts on FanBox came up, I was considering "ending my activities." I had not considered transitioning to another platform like other people.

However, I have received messages from several supporters expressing their hope for continuation, and although it may be a surge in support, more people have gathered to support me since May. Due to this, my current state of mind is more like "Maybe I can consider continuing?" I would like to take a little more time to think about it and see the movements of other creators.

Many creators who are active in other AIart platforms seem to take the approach of transitioning to Patreon, while those creating R-18 content often redirect their supporters to dedicated Discord servers or Mega to avoid child pornography-related restrictions.

Since Patreon is a service provided by a U.S. company, its terms and conditions are based on U.S. laws, and many people find it challenging due to the payment being in dollars and the higher barrier. Personally, I believe there are advantages to working with foreign companies and servers, but if I were to start activities on Patreon, I would first like to support creators as a user and evaluate before making a decision. I believe it is unfair to burden supporters with a system they are not familiar with.

Personally, my ideal situation would be to be able to work on a platform that has both "Illustration SNS" and "Fan Community" functions, regardless of whether it is a domestic or overseas service. Another option would be to start with Patreon and then expand to other support platforms. Multiple platforms can be effective in attracting more supporters. I am aware that many creators have been using multiple platforms for a long time. However, I believe it would be challenging to provide services of uniform quality across multiple platforms with different guidelines, especially in the sensitive field of Aiart (even between FanBox and Fantia). Although the goal is to reach as many people as possible, it is desirable to have one primary platform. I am currently in a state of waiting for the announcement of the specifications of a support service in the domestic Ai field, as there are preparations being announced in that area. If the aim is to consider the supporters and prevent them from leaving, it would be best if they transitioned to the next platform during the continuation of FanBox. However, I personally want to prioritize fulfilling my activities on FanBox first. Even though I have expressed these possibilities, there is still a good chance that I may not continue my activities in the end.

I also want to allocate time for exploring the latest AI illustration techniques, AI learning methods, and experimenting with art styles, so my current state of mind remains unchanged that I would like to start various things from scratch after the closure of FanBox without rushing.

■ 现状和六月计划

截至24日，FanBox的条款变更日期尚未公布。

最有可能的日期是五月底，但如果条款变更日期定在六月，FanBox将在六月继续活动。如我之前所述，“条款变更前一天”将成为活动的最后一天。

■ 对未来活动的想法

当FanBox上出现禁止Aiart投稿的讨论时，我曾考虑“结束我的活动”。与其他人不同，我并没有考虑转移到其他平台。

由于Patreon是美国公司提供的服务，其条款和条件基于美国法律，很多人发现支付是以美元进行且门槛较高。个人而言，我认为与国外公司和服务器合作也有优势，但如果我要在Patreon上开始活动，我首先希望以支持者的身份实际支持其他创作者，并在评估后做出决定。我认为让支持者承担他们不熟悉的系统是不公平的。

个人而言，我的理想情况是能够在一个拥有“插画社交网络”和“粉丝社区”功能的平台上进行活动，无论是国内还是海外的服务都可以。另一个选择是先从Patreon开始，然后扩大到其他支持平台。多个平台可以有效吸引更多的支持者。我知道许多创作者长期以来一直在使用多个平台。然而，我认为在Aiart这个敏感领域，在不同的平台上以统一的质量提供服务是困难的（甚至在FanBox和Fantia之间也是如此）。尽管目标是尽可能吸引更多的人，但最好是有一个主要的平台。由于国内AI领域的支持服务的准备正在公布中，我目前的心境是等待其规格公布。（我对这项服务很感兴趣：https://twitter.com/AIFAN_ai）
