You should be able to find the original on the Koikatu general mega file over on /h/, but for the one I use, which has the original characters removed, I've uploaded it here.
Consider this a blank slate for you to play around with!
I have plans in the future to create different environment maps, including Gyms (Pewter City will be first, very soon), but for now this is acceptable :)
