Patreon cancels the payment fee's change.

It may have been because Patreon is facing a few financial problems, so a new fee change may come later, and I'm not necessarily against that, if it's balanced and if they don't inform us at the last minute. Anyway, I think we have to give credit to Patreon to back off from this not that well thought change.
