Halloween poll : build your Monster Girl!

I will list several sets of characteristics, and keep the FOUR that will get the most votes. Of course you're encouraged to choose multiple options as well!
Options are as following
-Multiple eyes : way more than two, in various unusual places
-Pumpkins : hey, it's for halloween!
-Decay : the monster show visible bones, scars and signs of degradation.
-Multiple mouths / jaws : because one isn't enough when you're hungry!
-Chimera : parts of the body belongs to one or more animal...
-Multiple limbs : two arms and legs are so 2019...
-Horns and spikes: fancy, big horns and other pointy things
-Wings : pretty much self explanatory
-Tail : also self-explanatory
-Parasite : The monster is hosting a parasitic being.
