3D - AC tank progress
Added 2019-08-06 01:26:54 +0000 UTCdropping off a few more shots of the tank the rhino blender project i've been poking at in my spare time. i decided to take this project a bit further than i usually might, just to see what i can learn through it. in particular i decided to bake a few maps for him from his high res, and created a few shape keys to pull expressions too. i still have a lot to coloring to do, but once that's done he's set to rig! i look forward to freeing him from his T-pose, BUT i also feel the need to take a break from this project so i'm definitely going to do that
still dunno if the direction i wanna go with my own 3D art is a shaded direction with normal maps like this, or a hand painted flat one like before, so i'm still just out here looking for my own thing. 3D art creation feels rewarding BUT experimenting in 3D is also really time consuming and involved, whew
