This picture was intended to be a part of a goofy TF comic I was writing. The premise of the comic is she is an animal rights activist who wanted the government to stop slaughtering cattle. She along with the rest of the animal rights activists get their wish, but a tragedy strikes shortly after causing a global famine. The government blame the animal rights activists' action for the famine, round them up and turn them into cattle as a form of punishment but also to help feed the population. In the picture the girl's transformation is nearly complete.
