1. Training Process for Lightning element (no leaf)
2. Training Process for Fire element (no leaf)
3. Innovative ideas for rank B Missions (as in Mission statements for rank B missions. I know the basic missions that would qualify as rank B missions, but if you any cool innovative ideas, lemme know)
