Her name is Ririka Ichijou, a Hololive vtuber. She streams in Japanese, so I mostly enjoy her content through subtitled clips, but she's a lot of fun!
I got some of the materials (I didn't actually buy fur - that's just my monkey plushie's head LOL) and will try to get at least the shirt and skirt assembled by the fall. I will figure out the wig and accessories after that... π
