In the London area I was renting a room in a shared house for ยฃ600. My now partner rented a studio flat for ยฃ1300. I moved to Scotland and got a studio flat for ยฃ600. Now we live near Manchester and renting a 2 bedroom house for ยฃ950. Our surroundings is very nice but the Manchester area in general is crap. Hungary is not that cheap anymore sadly, but hopefully we can find somewhere cheaper in the next few years with better climate because the weather here is not good for my health.
