Summer has suddenly approached. I hope you have all been staying healthy.
Due to health-related issues, I will be taking a brief break from turning tomorrow.
Although it's regrettable, I look forward to seeing you again on Wednesday.

Q: While reading the modern AU, I wondered what majors Kishiar and Yuder would choose if they were college students?
A: I think Kishiar would choose History or Political Science and Diplomacy, while Yuder would go to a Physical Education college. In Yuder's case, his grades wouldn't be bad so he could probably apply to any department he wanted without much difficulty, but he likely wouldn't find much reason to go to university to study other subjects further. If he (had to) go, I think he would end up in Physical Education, almost as if scouted for his outstanding physical abilities.
Q: I'm curious about Kishiar's reaction when he learns the truth about the perfume scent (jealousy).
A: If it's Kishiar before Chapter 607, he would be surprised and laugh. Kishiar after that wouldn't laugh.
Q: I wonder if there were any Cavalry members caught up in Yudrain's execution...? Close associates like Ever or other deputy commanders... Or was it only Yudrain who was targeted? If you can answer, I'm also curious if Yuder knows this fact!
A: To answer briefly, no members were directly involved. Yudrain was captured alone, everyone knew he acted alone, and no accomplices were revealed. However, once the execution was confirmed, both Yuder himself and others would have guessed that the existing Cavalry forces would soon be purged for other reasons and responsibilities. They would also have guessed that given Emperor Katchian's personality, that purge wouldn't be done in a very peaceful manner.
Q: Is the reason Yuder often doesn't see the effects of medicine because he can only absorb the beneficial parts of the medicine?
A: It's similar to what you thought.
Q: I'm curious about the current ratio of the Kishiar vs Yuder bet in the Cavalry.
A: When that bet first started, among the Cavalry members, there were more who hadn't accurately witnessed Kishiar's ability display, so Yuder was actually slightly more favored. However, after it was definitively revealed that Kishiar was the owner of the divine sword and he showed the power of a Swordmaster without filter in the South, the thoughts of those who had picked Yuder at that time are somewhat changing.
Q: Is there a nickname or something that the Cavalry uses to refer to the trio of Yuder, Gakane, and Kanna together?
A: There isn't one yet.
Q: If there's no chance to show Yuder's naming sense in the story... I'd like to see it in this opportunity! What kind of name would Yuder give if he were to name a sword (or something else)?
A: Yuder would never understand why people give separate names to objects even if he lived forever, but if Kishiar asked, he might reluctantly give something a name once, even if he found it ridiculous. I think he would probably take the intuitive color or characteristic of the object and borrow an ancient language book to find and attach a word. Because that would be the most meaningful naming method he knows.
Q: If you asked Kishiar and Yuder which one of them liked the other first, who would they say?
A: I think they would both answer that it was themselves.
Q: I'm curious about Yuder's answer to "Are you closer to Gakane or closer to Kanna?" and the reactions of those two!
A: I think Yuder would be too dumbfounded to answer, and seeing that, the two would somewhat misunderstand.
Gakane: Yuder.......(He's not saying anything because he's afraid of hurting one side if he only answers about the other....as expected of Yuder)
Kanna: Yuder........(If this question is asked one more time, I think Yuder might use his ability...)
Neither Gakane nor Kanna want Yuder to necessarily answer. Because they each know in their own way without him having to say it.
Q: What type was Kishiar and Yuder's ideal type before they met each other?
A: If someone asked, Kishiar would smile and give a different unrealistic image each time. Yuder would say he didn't have one and leave.
Q: If it was true that Kishiar was trying to commit treason, would Yudrain have helped with the treason? Or would he have tried to persuade and stop him?
A: I have thoughts on this (I wrote about 10 lines and then deleted them) but I'll refrain from commenting for now.
Q: In the modern AU, is it Kanna or Gakane whose name is a middle name...!?
A: I can't believe you were curious about this! Even while writing it, I thought, "Surely no one will be curious about this?" I was surprised. Personally, I wrote it thinking it was Kanna, but I think it would be fine if it was Gakane too.
Q: I'm curious how Yuder would react if Kishiar suddenly became younger! I remembered what he said while looking at Kishiar's portrait before. Of course, I'm also curious how Kishiar would react to a suddenly younger Yuder.
A: First, he would doubt his eyes, then suspect which ability he had fallen victim to, and after realizing it was reality, he would worry about Kishiar's health condition. After having him receive a medical examination and being told there's no problem, he would then be quite confused, with his head full of concern and vigilance towards the surroundings, while his heart experiences... feelings of cuteness and lovability towards a human child for the first time in his life.
For Kishiar's side, the first part would be similar, but after finishing the medical examination, he would outwardly act more relaxed and try to make the child Yuder as happy and comfortable as possible. Of course, behind the scenes, he would be searching for ways to return him to normal, checking for side effects, and looking for any other problems using all sorts of methods (reference: main story).
Q: In a Guide/Bus scenario, who would be the Guide and who would be the Esper? Yuder seems like a Guide for protecting the vessel, but when I see him handling the power of nature, Esper seems to suit him well.
A: Hmm... I think they would both be Espers, but if one of them had to be a Guide, I think it would be Kishiar.
Q: If Kishiar and Yuder were school teachers, what subjects would they each be in charge of?
A: I think Kishiar would teach History, and Yuder would teach Physical Education or Science.
Q: Now that they have become a perfect pair, would there be times when Kishiar and Yuder would argue because their feelings are hurt? If so, why would they argue?
A: I don't think it would happen very often. (After all, they share emotions...!) If they did end up fighting, it would probably be due to a problem beyond emotions, so just for the reason of hurt feelings... hmm, no matter how much I think about it, it really doesn't seem likely.
Rather, it's more likely that they might appear to be fighting while pushing each other to eat good food or delicious dishes, or pretending to fight as part of an act to deceive others if necessary. (Especially the latter.)
Q: It seems like there might be a Cavalry member who has a one-sided crush on Yuder. Is there? If so, does Yuder notice those feelings?
A: I'll refrain from commenting on whether there is or isn't. Yuder is quite observant, so he would quickly notice those who show unusual behavior towards him, but if the reason for the unusual behavior is love, I think he wouldn't (or couldn't) emotionally understand those feelings.

TL Note: To compensate for this, I will be releasing another 3 chapters of Moonlit Night
Comments
I'm on a reread now, my first one since this Q&A, and reading while specifically on the lookout for signs, I'd like to make a case for Kishiar getting his first "ba-thump" as early as ch. 126-127. Yuder unquestionably flustered him at that moment and his following interaction with Nathan is very telling. EDIT: Continuing to reread, I think that Yuder was in the early stages fairly early on as well. You see it clearly in the chapters immediately following his manifestation (169) where he admits "However, he eventually came to realize, far too late, that all the walls he had built were completely perforated. It was terribly disappointing, but strangely, it wasn't unpleasant." And it gives the strong impression that Yuder already felt something but the trauma of his manifestation in his previous life and fear of a repeat incident was forming a complete emotional block. Once that was removed, I think he fell very quickly. He even admitted to being "fascinated" by Kishiar as early as pre-manifestation in his first life. Personally, I find it even more romantic to think they were falling for each other before the alpha/omega attraction.

2024-07-02 06:56:02 +0000 UTCi’d like to think that kishiar was always interested in yuder (as in just being curious about who he really is as a person), but he officially realized his feelings for him around chapter 188 when he said: "Nathan. As the days go by, I become more certain that I must make him entirely mine." as for yuder, i honestly think he fell for kishiar a little bit later…it could be anywhere between chapters 175-200 leading up to their first kiss which is when yuder was at least attracted enough to kishiar to make out with him. in general, however, i think it was chapter 194 during their tavern date and late night stroll that they DEFINITELY felt something, especially being after yuder’s awakening. could be totally different in reality, but it’s just what i’ve observed!

2024-07-01 13:29:10 +0000 UTCI've been trying to pin it down, but I can't quite tell at what point kishiar fell for Yuder and vice versa.

2024-07-01 12:19:03 +0000 UTCThe answer to the question about who liked who first is so damn cute, I can't! 😆 They both think they fell first, lol.

2024-07-01 11:15:50 +0000 UTCThank you for sharing update from the Author. I hope everyone can stay healthy! About the part where Kishiar and Yuder fight, I can imagine they argue who should get the last piece of cake; Nathan will sigh and silently divide the cake into 2

2024-07-01 11:04:55 +0000 UTCThe guide and esper question... The author saying that Kishiar is the guide made me think of the guiding hazard manhwa. They kind of look the same as our protagonists too lol
