This is the one power that Ras has gifted to a person with potential that he let the user choose. Normally, Ras gives away abilities he has wished for, for himself.

π² I was very curious about Peaches because I remember reading previous comics and thinking, "huh, he looks...young for his ageπ€" well, this certainly clears things up but I wasn't expecting this set of powers!

Peaches is very capable and mature for his age but being small and young stopped him. after finding Ras, when given the chance to have an ability, changing his age was what 'fixed' a lot of his issues with proving himself...~

A complete change of identity has a lot potential applications, especially for someone looking for information. But you say that Peaches himself chose this power?
