Fix for bugs that prevent us from importing some RPG Maker engine

Some members reported that there is a serious bug on version 3.7.15 & 3.7.24 that prevents us from importing projects from any RMTrans based game (RPG Maker XP, VX, VX Ace and legacy Wolf Trans).
I have found the problem and fixed the problem. Your Translator++ should fix this problem by itself by the end of this month (via auto-update).
The fix will be available for all patrons.
