It isโฆ BEYOND toasty right now I will not lie to you lol. I really encourage all my British friends here to please stay as cool as possible by using swamp fans (bucket of ice in front of a fan), cold towels, plenty of slowly drunk water (so you donโt just pee it all out!), try to avoid alcohol or caffeine as they will dehydrate you faster, and to remember to apply good quality suncream - burns are serious and I hate the thought of any of you getting injured in this heat ๐ญ
Please also look after your pets in this - ice in water bowls, fans, cold mats, cool towels and plenty of shade will always help โค๏ธ
But anyway, one massive plus to this weather is the perfect excuse to sit outside in the sun in one of my favourite bikinis - what do you think of it ^^?
