Another image and story from the old archive. This was was a commission and, unfortunately, the original image was lost. I've discovered a workaround for the Poser problem. Not entirely satisfactory as it involves using a screen capture at the last moment to grab the image and letting Poser crash.

A rather large tarantula drider. My son's tarantula just finished a molt and this has gotten me thinking. Do driders molt? That could be a most interesting prospect for some art and maybe a story. For instance, does the molted shell include the human portion?
