Fat chub working out video
First time I have been inside a gym in 3 years. I want to begin lifting to help see the scale go up. I am so out of shape tho. I had to do such low weights and I could only workout for like 30 mins

I am sooo fucking out of shape. It felt really good to work out and realize all I couldn’t do any more. Kinda made it easier to workout, since it didn’t have to be very long. Going to mix in some light lifting to help increase my weight and appetite.
