Note: it’s come to my attention the hair sways to one side. My mistake - but easy fix on your end. Go to “scene misc” in the game settings and reset the gravity back to default.

Just add all 3 VAR files to your AddonPackages folder. The second image shown is a screenshot of what you'll see when you open the VAR. All assets included (on the second image).
