Good news, didn’t have to upgrade. Cleared to continue uploading under the same business plan.
Indeed it was flagged during the 6 series phase with 4K videos as well. Apparently it crossed the 2,000 GB per month allocation. So they wanted to discuss a different plan.

It switches to Official blu-ray subs with Episode 12. Just going to stick to those now, they are the most recent official subs, safe bet.

Vimeo account issue
Hello everyone, unfortunately there’s a bit of bad news. I am not able to upload to Vimeo at the moment.
They’re basically saying that my account was flagged for heavy bandwidth usage, and that they want to discuss a new plan with me. I am waiting to hear back from the Vimeo representative who emailed this morning....
