Hello! I painted this a couple of weeks ago. The second drawing is my exploratory sketch, and I just ended up cropping it closer. It's actually been a decade or so since I've tried the bokeh effect, and I realized it'd go faster if I made a brush. Attached is the Photoshop brushes (sorry I don't make Procreate or CSP brushes)...

Neon commission

I've just been doing Yugioh card art LOL... this set was commissioned by the same company as the last. They're going to be printed on double-sided metal cards, plated in that indigo background colour and then silk screened. I made two versions just to satisfy my own needs for glowy things LOL
