Some changes to the NSFW tier
In the interest of keeping the NSFW drawings varied, I'm adding a new rule to it:
Characters that was drawn the previous month, cannot be requested the next month.
That means if you or someone else requested Gunnthra, none of you can request Gunnthra again next month. If there multiple request for the same charact...
