I am enjoying this wonderful fruit that is to die for. It is a very unique fruit that has many great vitamins and minerals. The calmito fruit comes in many different sizes and colors. This fruit that I tried was cooked.

I am really enjoying fresh oranges now at 6 months pregnant. I prefer to juice fresh oranges.

I am all about removing the petrochemicals from my life. I have found that diatemaceous earth is the best way to clean dishes. I love that I can use this water from my dishes to feed my garden plants.

Spotty bananas

I really love bananas but as you know they must be ripe to be good. I wait until mine have those brown spots.

I am really enjoying the chermoya aka custard apple. This fruit is native to Ecuador and very delicious.

Coconut banana Ice Cream

It is hot outside and the perfect time to enjoy banana ice cream. There is no need to add sugar or dairy to banana ice cream. The best recipe is 1/2 cup coconut flakes or fresh coconut  and 4 cups frozen bananas. You mix all in a high powdered blender with a small amount of water and enjoy.

The second trimester has been great for me. I have tons of energy and just want to clean everything. 

My favorite foods are avocado salad with sweated mushrooms and onions. I also love mangos and peaches. I actually really love all fruit this pregnancy.

The supplements that I use are mainly a high quality fish oil. I chose Bronson because it is heavy metal tested. Many doctors recommend to find a fish oil with a higher level of EPA than DHA.

I really love this all natural lemon cleaner. I love using this to scub my dishes. I have dishes that smell great and are not full of toxic chemical residues. 

All natural Cucumber Body Scrub

For this recipe I blended a 1/4 of a cucumber, 1 tbsp coconut oil, natural peppermint leaves, and salt.
