Catching up with my first Censer!, I was debating a low tier rare or a very top tier uncommon. While it only has 1 charge, I tried to put enough limits on it to keep it from being game breaking.Lack of Attunement and Concentration ended up giving it a soft bump up to Rare.

While a stone in a sense, it is balanced against a ‘Stone of Goodluck’ so that it can stay within the uncommon range. Perfect for some Fae related adventures or rooting around in illusion heavy stories....
