Nova isnt stupid. He knows he upset Drew and he feels a little bad about it, but he'd rather agree and have Luca leave for his safety than stick around.. . . . . even with Luca's hurt feelings.
Don't worry, their first fight wont last long.
Drew isnt the best at dealing with his emotions, especially when he's angry. He wouldn't yell at Luca to leave (even with Daniel nearby) if it weren't for the fact that Nova is also there; and he's unpredictable. Drew is boiling over here.
