Tier Reward Changes

Hey everyone, like I said I would a few weeks ago, I've made some quick changes to some of the tier rewards. Here's what those look like :

• Made access to project files (.clip and .ase) a Pixel Wizard and above reward, instead of being exclusive to the Pixel Archmage/Oracle tiers!
