It’s 21 degrees here so I’m miserable. Still smiling though. I’m heading back to Virginia in the next couple of hours so I can hopefully get there before it starts snowing tonight apparently.

I did a close to 4 mile run and some ab work today. Shower time! I hope you all got some exercise in today.
