Family portrait

In our conversation with TheHolmesTeam we did not covered the topic skin colour, so I painted the girl quite fair skined - but since now I know that she should have more dark skin I gave it a try and edited the painting afterwards - the result would be better if I'd be painting a dark skin from the very beginning but it looks ok...

what about making a dark background for this one? I liked to use such bg for my horse artworks and I wanted to gtive it a try on dragon.

I had some doubts about the shiny markings that they may crowd the design too much, but in the end they look quite nice! I wonder what the commissioner will say about this progress...

Family portrait for Sunset-Valley

I really like this idea, but I'm not sure if she will decide to go on with this drawing in such style - it maybe would be better to switch to a realistic portraits here. It is a sketch to help her made up her mind

Pixel expressions

Playing with the expressions a bit more, not only on horses (yes, Lantano, I speak about you!) I suppose it would be easy to say which shows what emotion, so it is not that bad, but I feel I still need a lot of practice for the more complex emtions
