I may add something extra like a wrist watch or something, maybe not, what do you think does it look good?, I moved the skirt up a bit by the way and this mean that the skirt will be bound to the "Upper Body" bone instead of the more common "Lower Body" bone.

Removing Izumi's clothes can be done using a combination of morphs and bone animation using the "outside parent" on MMD, here is a short tutorial on how you can do it, time to start modeling that new uniform.
