If you haven't seen tintype done before, you should. It's one photo at a time that you must set up, be very still as the shutter goes, and then remove the negative. It's one photo per tin, which Joshua then took into his darkroom and developed before my eyes. Truly amazing to see photography in such a tangible way.

Self portraits are twice the work. Setting up, metering, framing, and posing. It's a lot to think about, but I love what comes out of them. The light on this evening was warm and orange, but the film didn't catch that for some reason. Either way, I'm excited to share these with you.
