Now working on adding strings to the waist part.
I have a new idea on how to make strings in blender. This idea will be useful for passing through strings in and through holes. I need a all day today to experiment and perfect this new method. I will record the new method I thought of and share it in the work in progress...

Don't worry about the edge placement of the fold top version. When I high poly bake, it will only use the folds.
