If you have troubles with height of chara, when u change them
If you have trouble with the height of female characters when u change them in my scenes - its because for some reason long time ago I used as a base for the body this height and forgot about it, and all characters were made with this height.
To solve this problem - change your character's height

If they have black skin ----------> you are missing some skin TEXTURES or your SSS in Graphicsmod is switched off ( press F5 and find SSS - check if it's ON)
Often I use Hanmen's textures...
