So i did the count and throughout the demo there is 176 screens,
a screen being an instance where sprites are showed on screen after you click, and an instance can have one or more sprite on it.
There are 87 screens out of those 176 that include both characters as separate sprites, meaning...

REINCAR Devlog #9 | Sprite tests
So i did the count, and from the beginning of the lineart phase to the end of drawing a single sprite, i take around 1h20 if i remember maybe a lil less ?
But with that, i now know how much time it'll take me to draw the 180+ sprites i need, knowing that some share a same basic pose with only slight changes, like shoulder ...
