did some more adjustments to the shape of the neck piece here. I added some more resolution to the base shape and smoothed the curves here and there. I also raised a bit the back of the neck lines meeting point and it worked nicely.

I'm working on the shoulder/neck piece for Carmilla's gown.
First, I started to sketch the main ribs in 3ds max to get some idea of the whole thing's proportions and came to some conclusions.
And it has begun. Starting the Carmilla Dress project.
First off - the dress form. I think there will be some fun with the details because the form is really simple. I'd like to keep the back lacing and do it a little bit like a corset-dress.

This is a multipart test version of the Empress featuring:
- helmet with hair (they require some fixes atm)
- collar with a new leather tex
- main body part with a new chainmail texture
- cape, which is HDT but a really rough rig without a proper collision shape
- armguards with a new leath...

As I'm staying home these vacations I have some extra time to work on the Concubine retex.
I managed to prepare the materials for the corset and the skirt. I traced the decorations on the photos I've found over the web and created
The base shape and pattern of The Concubine is ready. Next up I'll be doing the embroidery.

Started to cut the "Concubine" out of the Black Elf Dress. It goes pretty well.
First, I cut the main shape using opacity. Next I rearranged the panels and added boning channels. Time for some stitching :)
