Morning Bloat
I woke up so bloated this morning and then ate breakfast on top of it. My stomach is feeling so heavy right now, but I’m still thinking about lunch.

I need to lay off the dairy, it always gets me overly bloated. I couldn’t even see my feet or navel piercing from certain angles. And it just feels so heavy, ugh. My stomach isn’t the flattest normally but it’s never this huge.
