I noticed a mistake in the 2nd panel where the skull was missing, so I just flipped the entire thing. Had to move the Heart Meter as a result. Next time I do the heart meter I'll have it on the outside of the box instead.

I think the first panel should always be foreplay style. Paizuri or Oral. The middle will be penetration of some kind, with the final panel being the aftermath.
