I've been thinking about jostling up the tier perks for a while and I settled on what I wanted to do :)

From tomorrow on (October rolling around!), 5$ and 7$ tier will also have access to suggesting ideas for the polls that I make.

The new perk unique to the 10$ tier will be: access to a lottery...
