I've seen people attempt edits where you overlay a pattern over skin. And I always look at the hands, to see if the pattern breaks between the fingers or not.
That's the sort of detail that turns a 10-minute edit into a 10-hour one, if you account for such gaps all over the body. The pattern has to break at the gaps but...

[2025 UPDATE: At time of shoot, the model signed an agreement permitting my usage of all the photos and animations we shot. However, six years later, a pornographic site scraped and reposted the images (something I obviously do not support, but also assume no responsibility for). Drama ensued.
