Issue with download links in some browsers (fixed)

tl;dr: A lot of previous dropbox links are working wonky in some browsers, If you're getting a 400 or 401 error when clicking a link in my reward messages you have to delete the part of the url that says "&dl=0". Good news is I figured out how to fix that from now on, so ...
