I tried making a big bun to use together with the kanzashi set, and these are the result. EA colors are a courtesy of @simandy’s actions, to which I added a dark magenta that makes me dream and wish I had that hair color irl :)
Is there any better moment to release such a set than just before the upcoming Japanese culture inspired dlc? I absolutely love kanzashi but I’m no expert so this is just what I was inspired to make (◕ᴥ◕)♡

This hair is derived from my ᔕTY᙭ ᕼᗩIᖇ as a shorter everyday hairstyle that sims can wear out and about in public without getting weird stares ;) mesh is brand new. The length allowed me to make working uv1 maps, so it shouldn’t clip around.
At first I just wanted to make some seasonal colors, but before I knew it I was already at 68 and unable to get rid of an of them. I liked the idea of a fallen book or one that sims didn’t have bookmarks for and thus left lying around. There are two versions of this, all are: base game compatible, color-tagged (oh the suffering!), and complete with LODs, maps, and custom thumbnails.
Find in clutter, you can search by creator name too.
I enjoy making book covers, and this is the season. Are you going to deny your sims the pleasure to sit by the fireplace and enjoy a scary book on a rainy day?

I ended up finishing this necklace earlier than expected. I like its elven vibes. It works best on bare skin because it sits tightly on the chest, and it disappears under thick clothing.

Do you ever wish for your sims to have more freedom of choice in their reads? I did, so I made new readable books. I’m not gonna lie, I had so much more fun than expected doing this! I will probably make more in the future.
This more or less marks the end of projects I already had in mind, from this point onwards it will be a journey :) pictures are taken in Sims4Studio because as I mentioned my pc graphics aren’t that great.

I used the Space Ranger uniform as a starting point. What is different: skirt (duh!), all details in gold/silver with bright shine, and now the color of the stars on the shoulders matches with everything else :)
